I was contacted by a company to do telco work in Maine. I was told that I would be getting a decent rate, sign on bonus, per diem for 60 days. After that the rate dropped to $28 an hour. Plus an hourly rate for truck and tools that capped at 40 hours, no more per diem. Do people actually fall for that?
