As all have stated already the price isn't even in the ball park. If your even considering doing work at that rate your part of the problem of why things are as bad as they are.
Working at those prices means your business will die a slow painful death, by the time you've had enough you will be so far in debt and in such a worse place than if you would have said thanks but no thanks right from the start.
