DTV Multi-Switch

Good Evening fellow sat techs.  I have some questions about DTV Multi-Switches.  I've installed alot of dish and a fair amount of DTV but never had to deal with multi-switches on DTV side.  With dish, we have two types of satellite technology we use currently, Dish Pro Plus (DPP) and Dish Pro Hybrid (DPH).  As many may know we have two different lnbs that feed the associated sat feed.  Alternatively, we can run DPP sat feeds to a 44 switch which generally opens up the ability to to send DPP signal to 12 locations or a combination of DPP to 8 locations and DPH to 2 locations (as far as dish recommendation is concerned).  To accomplish this we would send 3 DPP sat feeds to say feed side of the 44 switch and send power down port 1 of the receiver end.

Im asking the best way to accomplish the same thing with DTV Multi-Switches in a way that it can accommodate the current DTV technology used but with the ability to accommodate a combination of each.

For example, let's say a multiplex is being built and wants to be DTV ready in a way that future tenants can bring their current DTV equipment and all the tech has to do is make the required connections from the switch and add whatever components are needed to make the customer equipment work (splitters, band filters, etc...)  with it having to put up another dish.  Is that possible?  What would be the recommended setup from the dish to the switch?
