You're correct, they are FIATs. We did some for windstream then they changed the pricing to a flat rate whether it was a 50 footer or a 500 footer . Go figure, most were 500 footers and we were barley breaking even, so we pulled out. They're run just like a fiber drop, j hook and fiber clamp (P clamp). They daisy chain off of each other, easy work, but pricing sucked for us/ Perhaps your pricing is better? Good Luck !
