Pardon me for saying so but your question is like asking; how high is up?  Before anyone can even give you an answer, more data is needed. You will need to find out the following numbers; easement/alley-street side ratio, tree trim, makeready, strand & lash, over lash existing, figure 8 cable, ADSS, how many 90s, figure 8 locations, rural routes, city routes,  drive off, anchors/guys, risers, non-cut underground inserts, fiber count size, length of non-cut fiber route, traffic control cost, length of working day, permit costs, any costs unique to this project, as well as your normal cost of doing business.  

I have been in this business so long, rocks were soft when I started.
