Why are you asking us those questions?  These questions can only be answered by scaffolding rental companies. You should ask those questions and get quotes from several rental companies.  Also, I’m pretty sure you will need to be certified to operate/ride the scaffolding as well as fall protection requirements. And your insurance company will want to know what you are doing or you may not be covered. That said, your WC classification may change and your rate will go up.  Maybe significantly. Don’t forget to build those costs into your quote.
