Gary Butte has left the planet. Gary put me to work as a CATV Lineman in 1978 for Bates Bros. outa Texas. We were scho olyard buds from 2nd grade. We did local (Ohio) strand mostly, Warren, Chardon and Lodi. With the nature of the biz we lost touch. He married his high school sweetheart and had some boys, I don't know all of them but they are to be proud of. I think they all followed him into aerial work. Gary is a happy guy, always a smile. He's a rocker, played bass guitar and some keyboards, with a band. He was a good hook an old school "Line Dawg". He moved to Arkansas, Mena. we never crossed paths again. He's a big, great man. A great husband, a great father and I wish him well.
The world will miss you, Gary, I wish I coulda seen you again.
