A Construction Project is only managed as good as the Supervisor on site.. If they sit in the warehouse, never check the field, never check the quality, never look in dumpster to see the waste factor, never around when the wall map is marked up, never has all the material on site, never has enough prints on hand, lets the in house crews/sub contractor run around instead of assigning the work task area and the one who is only there for pay check or getting kick backs. This person is the reason the jobs sucks, as with the home office that put him in charge of the project.
