If you put quality before quantity, treat your laborers fair, have decent looking equipment in working order, comply with all safety rules, know your NESC spec's, have field experience to tackle all work task, have enough labor forces to get the job done in a timely manner, and as we have told you, a banker, accountant and proper liability insurance is your next step. You also have to look at back office expense, who does your billing, follow up on receivables, do you have a market person or are you only going to do one job at a time, always have a back log.
