21 years of building cable and fiber and I keep finding my production cut or grouped under composite price. How many of these desicions are made by a person that has never strapped on hooks or even pulled a rope? The industry needs some of the guys in management to step up for the dogs keeping this shit up and running. We take the risks, give us our money.
