Other than getting your record expunged of charges, which isn't an option since you are asking about a felony, and you are naming Spectrum as your end goal work source then you are very limited on options. If they run you thru CrimShield the company has no choice in the matter. It will be up to Spectrum to pass/fail your badge. Talk to the Prime you are wanting to work for, be honest with them and state your case. It will be up to them what they can do to help you out, as bad as companies need good help right now they might have options that can help you out. There is no blanket go to www.fixmyrecord.com and your history is gone but I know that with the companies I have worked with they understand past history and will do everything possible to be able to get you onboarded and making them money!
