I've done a fair amount of PR work doing resi/com installs for Comcast as a W-2 worker but paid PR and minimum wage if I don't make quota (never happened thankfully). Right now I'm in the same situation but doing fiber splicing. Claims it's PR but takes everyone's earnings on the team and breaks it down to hours and projects so if you earn X amount and someone on the same project earns less but same hours they will pay on what I call the curve. Very odd concept but I don't have to use any of my own equipment and if I work a project with one other person you have the ability to make 5k max mer week. Just thought I would share what I've seen.
