Highway robbery after slashing rates to an already ridiculously all-time low after taking over Brighthouse. Spectrum should be absolutely ashamed for way they've handled things during the Corona virus. It's personally cost me around 10k in lost wages this year already. Times that by just 100 contractors for example and someone just saved $1 Million... Thanks CEO Thomas Rutledge, enjoy your ivory tower and millions of dollars you are making while the hard working people that make your world turn struggle and scrape by and pay their own expenses to bring your customers quality service. This shit is a scam 100%, says it right in the job, EZ CON! Pay a tech a trouble call rate when some of the jobs are brand new installs, do you only pay your inhouse techs for an hour of work if the job takes 3? I've never been treated so poorly, get your act together Spectrum, I'm going back to Dish.
