Re: Liability questions! Who's fault is it anyway?

it is the customers responsibility  to let u know if they have private utilities , or have the customer sign a waiver sayin your not responsible that if u cut something due to them not knowing its thare or not telling you somethings there, or tells you something is way deeper than it is and you hit it or is way off from where they told u it was....

we dont have time to spend all goddamn day locating everyones private utilities , that could be and notice it said COULD BE to the ones that interpret something different than what im actually sayin, but COULD be another hour or 2 or 3 out your day at the end of the day so instead of getting 10-15 drops done a day you may only get 5-8 instead . if the customer is respectful and old then courtesy of fixing it aint usually a problem, but if shes a complete cunt bag of shit then fuck em..

but also if your only gettin 15-30 a drop ide tell that company they can slam it in their ass and just walk out , who gives a shit if there mouth is still open and runnin just walk the fuck out,   places in iowa  are paying from 150-250 a drop as well as someone i know in illinoise is payin 200 a drop right now and there simple  front easement plow jobs out in rural areas that shouldnt take more than a hour to complete each..
