USDA is estimating $130 Billion - $150 Billion over 7 years to support rural fiber coverage, across America, Kind of like in the 20's when they did the Electrification of Rural American..every one got Power. In PA alone, some 800,000 lack high speed interNet, more than 65% these live in rural area's. Pa's Tri County Rural Electric Co OP, Armstrong Telephone Co ad Erie based Velocity Net received incentives to build out fiber networks.
