I know you posted this a year ago, but I wanted to first, pass along my condolences, secondly ask if you know where I can get some help interpreting RUS codes or learning how to read them. I was issued a rate card by a PM and its RUS codes, unfortunately the PM doesnt know and cannot effectively put rates to them if i do not know what I am bidding on.
