The best for this type of crap is "what ever works best for the one on the Pole" there is no easy quick way. Not a fan of a grinder too dangerous used one once and the wire got caught op in the cutting wheel and damn near took my hand off no cool. So I just go with some snips, a good attitude and get after it. Aint nothin to it but to do it. Be safe out there
