Start Calling the Owner of the system where you are working....Tell them your going to put a mechanics lien on the system if their contractor (Blue Jay) does not pay you for work performed under contract.....you do have a contract don't you. Look....if you ain't paid the first time, why stick around to just keep complaining that you Ain't Getting Paid. Documentation is the answer, put everything in writing......Cover Your Ass B/S You only have so many days from time you actually did the work to place a Mechanics Lien on the system.
