There are a ton of splicers that have been splicing in house for years getting paid hourly that make the decision to go out on their own and have no idea what rates are good or bad I would say if we help them out and give them good info it will help everyone by keeping rates everywhere higher that's better then saying nothing and they start splicing for half the price
