You're correct Micro but those are the ones ( and maybe us too) that have helped prices to where they are.
One point that needs to be covered is that it cost more to splice 2 fibers per splice than to splice 24 splices . There are places have grouped alot of line items , and made alot of billable items free( composite). As well as just doing away with a line item description, so that makes it free.
Ex: You drive 50 to 100 miles one way to work 1/2 a day and make $40 .but this really happening . And that's a fast trip to bankruptcy.
