Tony makes many valid points and no arguing with that. You also make excellent points on steady check every week. My issue is that I've hit top pay and until new contract comes up pay wont change and even when new contract comes up there's no guarantee that the union will get us anything better than we have now. What are your thoughts on w2 unit pay? I was looking at Wise Connect and they offer full benefits but its unit pay.
