I want to ask you all what your opinion is on in house vs 1099 these days. I've been in house and for past 5 years and have reached the top of the peak and no real chance to go any higher both in pay and in position. I hear people making 2k+ weekly doing 1099 work but I dont know if I can believe it. I consider myself an expert in both copper and fiber and I am certified fiber technician with experience in splicing. I can do pots, dsl, bonded pair and DirecTV. How much can one expect to make these days in a busy market? Any input is appreciated. Stay safe
