If you signed an agreement payable bi week or maybe 30 days and they don't pay on time, add 1 1/2% for every day they make you wait.. If in fact they don't pay as agreed with you hired on, you have a right to renegotiate your payment terms. No one subbing from a prime contractor should have to wait more than 2 weeks. They longer you have to wait.....the higher the per unit rate should be. Don't work for peanut, they will just cutting the rate in order for them to show a profit for their investors, while your busting your ass for nothing to take home to Momma. MicroMan
