think got it wrong. Kid wants the strand sagged to phone before. Fiber load is lashed. U got a 400' span strand has to almost touch the nutreal for it to be a ft from telephone or cable. I know first hand the power company got tired of this kids bullshit and he was removed from the job. When is the last time you had a 24 yr old kid who has never put up one ft of nothing telling 20 yr vets they are doing it wrong. Maybe he will show up on your job and u can experience the thrill of working with a young know it all
