He was working for Stacey Woolsey. Not paying attention/made a miscalculation/slipped and grabbed the closest thing/not enough experience to do the job/who knows. The people that really know (Stacey Woolsey). Have said nothing after the initial post on Facebook. I got my info from a mgr of.the prime contractor. I was told he is paralyzed from the waist down. He needs help so pass the word and donate to his fund
