- I'm sorry to hear of another young man being injured in our craft. After my many years in the trade. I've seen way to many power conflicts that either personal dont see, or don't understand. Training for a very long time has been left to personal within their own goup. Either crew members, company individuals, and in some cases company safety persons. But those with their face in the phone during placement should be run off the job. To much bullshit on the line now days. Nobody is watching out for each other, to damn worried about making a buck in a shitty price market. You men on the line take care of each other. We only get very few second chances!
