You sound like the type of guy I'd love to do work for! You're paying the rent, food, and utilities on top of W2 while they're out of town??! I wish!!!
Pay it if they're earning it, but monitor the spending!!! In fact, put the food money in their checks, and pull that company card ASAP!!! Renting the house is smart!! Met a guy not too long ago that was renting places for workers like that!
