Depends on what area and who's area you're working in. Right now they're having a huge budget issue along with corp mgt unable to get materials because of....well, budget issues. I house crews cant even buy fall protection for their buckets. Working without permits, invalid franchise agreements, it's a joke and it's worse today than last week.
