It sure would be nice IF companies who require background checks would put some the disqualifying factors out there instead of just stating they perform such a check. Each company has has different criteria what is acceptable and time frames(how far back they go) involved.....Just sayin'.........some of us made mistakes in our past and outlived/outgrown out former ways...............Skid
