If comcast on site Management was really doing their job.....No one should be paid for anything, if the job is not done. The management staff is sitting on their ass in the office or warehouse, no one is getting out in the field to see what the hell is going on. Go to Comcast regional mgr, if that don't work, go to Comcast Corporate (with proof in hand) Top management has no idea what is going on in the field. The bigger they get, the less quality the end user (customer) ends up with....Take pictures of undone work, no access work, anything you can do to document the problem. If your working by the node (phase/Print/etc) should easily be proved. I built the original system in Chicago for Cablevison/TCI back in 80's..it sucked then and still does. Keep safe: MicroMan
