Ive been on several sweep jobs where the node was suppose to be complete and you go out to sweep it and half the freaking isn't splice but yet claimed and paid for. Then you go back and tell the PM or who ever and say who compensates me for my waste of time? Same answer tough shit. Blame it on management and the give a shit attitude they have, they could care less about the contractor.
