huh? try 100% dude. gig free means no chargebacks=full retainage returned. loyal work? GENERALLY = zero accountability. you know who loyal work helps? the guy/gal being loyal to themselves. sure, may carry SOME weight with an employer, but how much and for how long when its not in the company's best interest? THEREFORE 100% should be the minimum acceptable return of a retainer with, and i quote, 'gig free work'.
