I also worked for Crown for the last three years, But I dont work for them now. I did far more than expected of anyone, because I beleave in being loyal to a company . And they will shit you , when they dont need you good work or bad  . If you back charge or take back as they do, You need to show back up, you just dont take the money back , and say we dont feel like dealing with it . And this dont come from bad work, this rate was agreed on , the work was sign off on which means exccepted by Crown . Then months later they take it back with no back up.SO BEWARE!!!! you could be next.
