And there's almost no way any sub can make a living when. 60% of any job is gone before they get their part whether its thru one company or several . But that's American capitaialism. I think this is why it seems harder to find laborers that are skilled in their trade. Inexperienced substhat really don't understand ALL aspects of the business not just the trade, chomp at the bit to get into the business and get their chance to make money. They don't realize they are only a motor or transmission away from being broke or bankrupt. Ive been that person more than once. And there are plenty that like to see them coming. Transparency is pricing and what can be billed is good also.
