And those rates seem reasonable.. Around here the prices go down with time , instead of going up like inflation. And to the subs the prices have went down for 15 years. Even if a price went up the amount if work or additional burdensome procedures that was added to it's description likely increased, if not doubled.
People needing to feed their families kept trying to make a living and the cuts kept coming. It's crazy to me, how one sided it has become against the laborers.
