Every state is different with respect to WC. The really bad thing is most states FORCE you to buy their state run WC and will not accept another, it's criminal. 15% isn't bad in comparison to NY, CA and any state that touches CA. It's pathetic and in my opinion unconstitutional because you cannot claim WC on yourself, yet FORCED to pay in....
