Ideas Needed!

Thanks for reading this message. I have recently connected myself with some of the cable tv networks in China. They have fine optic fibres cable tv networks,
however, they don't have a lot of ideas on how to seize other business opportunities by utilizing their cable network. I am in a position to help, creative ideas needed.
What I have so far is that we can utilize the optic fiber networks for banks to monitor their safes etc. Please grant me your ideas and comments.
