I'll say this; look up some advice found everywhere on these forums from every other guy looking to bid a contract and look for MicroMan's advice. I see him post roughly the same thing every time it is asked, regarding time spent/tools/overhead, etc and then adding in your fee for doing the work and thats where you find your price.
