I don't agree, Its all the same shit, Time = units, Stackable codes is the only way. This is a technical job, Technicians need to be paid for their knowledge and work. That being said, the hook and book techs are what ruin this business. I come from the days when $ was made by installing!! running wires, knowing copper phone. 1 rate jobs are a joke. triple plays for 55 bucks is a joke! all included??? lmaoo... techs in the field should be the ones getting paid! not sales, not management, not CSR, TECHS !!! 100% accountability 100% Responsibility 40% of the Money!!! Its down right Robbery!!1
