Big contractors are still doing what they did 20yrs ago counting on the next generation of young SUCKERS . Went to go splice. Paying less than it paid 20yrs ago. I see bunch of young guys think they are getting somewhere Just getting used up . Start finding someone with 25 yrs or more of experience to advise you . Won't be long before they just pay by the hour if something doesn't change
