Also the pay is not that great, I understand they are providing truck and tools, but given that this is up northeast. It will cold, very cold. The workers hassle you and follow you around. They create unsafe environment. No pay for mobilize or demobilize. There are alot of questions up in the air. Frontier is being CHEAP, looks like they just want man power over there.
