Doesn't matter what a tier is....the rates ain't going change. So if your a tier 1...you get paid more than a tier 4 when your both doing the same work task, providing same insurance requirements, utilize same construction tools/equipment. I'm guessing tier 1 told them we will wait 45-60-90 days for payment where as tier 4 is calling them every week....where's the money !!
