A number of people are having a problem receiving the password reset email. They are being sent. The problem appears to be the link inside is seen by some email servers as possible SPAM mail, causing them to dump the email before it gets to you.
We're working on changing the reset method to make the mail filters happy, however, it will take some time. In the meantime if you requested the reset email, waited patiently (at least 5 minutes) and have looked in your Junk Mail and still haven't gotten it, then send me an email ( (-REDACTED-) ) from the address registered to the account and I'll set a new temporary password that you can change directly on the site.
