LOCATION: Attractive Mid-Atlantic Seaboard Area
SUMMARY: Manage Technical Supervisors in achieving technical operational objectives and meeting customer needs. Reports to an Area Operations Manager. This large operation is divided into 3 Areas. There are about 3 Field Service Managers in each area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: -Ensure organizational objectives are met by working with Supervisors to develop, train and motivate installers and technicians. -Maximize customer satisfaction by working with other departments to resolve customer issues; maintain an effective communications and profesional working relationship with customers and internal personnel. - Perform ongoing review of departmental performance by analyzing reports and comparing performance to budget and forecasts. -Monitor fleet readiness and maintenance. -Work with Marketing to develop and implement programs to increase employee awareness. -Manage 3-4 Technical Supervisors and a total staff of about 60 in a 24x7 enviornment focusing on the area from the tap to the customer's equipment.
