Fiber Technology, Inc. was sold to Quanta Services in early 1999. Crown Fiber was also sold to Quanta Services around late 1999. They are therefore both subsidiaries of Quanta.
I left FTI and Quanta in late 2000. The only connection is that an individual from Crown is now the President of FTI.
