like I said, I dont make the rules. I CAN assure you that OSHA had zero to do with it as my friend has been an OSHA investogator for 40 years and he knows nothing about it.....so.......personally I dont give a fuck what's banned or whatever, and you can still buy one in Canada or England....go figure.....nuff said on this topic
