Anyone that post a ad and won't respond aren't worth their weight in manure. It's not that hard to answer the phone and say we no longer need help , or what ever the reason. Maybe it makes them feel important or whatever the reason. It's wrong, have some respect for people. "Do unto others as you would have done unto you."
That alone should let you know all you need to know about that company. Imagine if they owed you money ?
