I was PM with Excel when we rebuilt Rochester form 92-94, Over 2000 miles of freaking easements. On the ATC side was Mike Dunn, Buck, Javier , Spike,OD,and others who slip my mind right now ha ha getting old, went thru 80 splicers in 2 years on that job, Had Mark Nyhan cut our throat on that job, he was working under us and quit and came back 30 days later and had deal set up with ATC to get part of the contract. I remember the garbage plate lol
