Is missile work in Dallas or Ft. Worth dead?

Just moved to Dallas, TX with my UG crew looking for Missile work but after calling all Primes I know of it seems all/most UG work is now being done primarily with a drill rig.... A few months ago I know more than a few subs that where constantly busy and now that I have set out to but my own equipment and look for local work it seems I arrived late to the missile party...... Can anyone out there shed some light? Am i just going about this the wrong way or have I just asked the wrong people here? Any underground missile crews and/or UG crews in the North Texas area that can shed some light I would truly appreciate it!
