Hey Chris: St Charles...I built the original cable system their in 1980...At that time it was all aerial, they looked at UG as too expensive, although the area was inside their franchise area. At the same time, I had crews building E St Louis and Cahokia...claimed to be really bad area's, however I had no problems other than a reel of coax, while still on the trailer while we were working...stolen...the cable got really easy to pull out, we went back to trailer-the reel was gone.   I'm guessing the figured it was all copper.   Take Care: Keep Safe
